How to use

STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS
Feet - Brush under the soles with long, straight, smooth, and gentle strokes. Repeat the same movements on the tops of the feet.

Calf and shin – brush upwards towards the heart, front and back.

Thighs - Brush in circular motions upwards from the front and back. This helps combat cellulite.

Glutes and hips - brush upwards towards the heart, front and back. At the front, make sure you end the strokes at the lymph nodes in the groin.

Hands and arms - as with feet, start from the palms and backs of the hands and move up from the forearms to the upper arms.

Belly - Brush in semi-circular clockwise motions on the upper and lower parts of the belly.

Lower back - brush upwards and outwards to the sides.

Neck - brush from the base of the neck/jawline towards the shoulders.
