Waarom winter skincare?
Tijdens de wintermaanden wordt de lucht droger, dalen de temperaturen en switchen we continu tussen verwarmde binnenlucht en koude buitenlucht. Al die externe factoren hebben zo hun effect op je huid: die wordt droger en gevoeliger, met soms zelfs irritatie, schilfertjes, jeuk en roodheid tot gevolg. Gebruik je dan geen aangepaste skincareproducten, dan kunnen de problemen alleen maar verergeren. Erg ingewikkeld hoeft dat niet te zijn: met deze basisregels kom je al een heel eind.
Jouw optimale routine
- Reinigen is het hele jaar door belangrijk. Zo verwijder je luchtvervuiling, zweet en talg die zich gedurende de dag opstapelen.
