When you buy from us, we consider it normal to reward you for that and encourage you to come back.

That's why all our customers automatically participate in our Treats Loyalty program. With every purchase, you earn points that you can later use to get free treats from us. If you've already bought a product or had an appointment with us, you already have points, and we've kept track of them for you!

At the bottom left of every website page you can find this button;

Clicking on it will bring up this menu where you can log in or register. If you haven't registered yet, you can do so now (and get 25 extra points right away!).

Once you're logged in, your points will appear next to the Treats button.

If you then click the Treats button again, you will enter a new menu where you can view your points, exchange them for rewards, and consult our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) if you have any questions!
